What is your MOQ?
Our minimum order quantity is 5 units. We support tiered pricing: 5–30 units for retail distributors, 50+ units get better wholesale discounts for water park & chain resort clients.
Can I get samples before bulk order? How long is the sample lead time?
Yes, sample orders are available. Sample production takes 7–10 working days. Sample cost can be deducted from your formal bulk order when quantity reaches 50 units.
Can I customize colors, logos and packaging?
- Custom printed logo/brand sticker on the bike frame;
- Custom body color for hull & frame;
- Neutral export carton or customized printed outer packaging with your brand info.
What materials are your water bikes made of?
We have 3 series for options: plastic frame, integrated aluminum frame & foldable magnesium alloy frame. All materials are anti-corrosion and saltwater resistant.

Can these water bikes be used in seawater?
We offer a 1-year full warranty for all complete water bikes and matching accessories.
What’s your monthly production capacity?
Our factory covers 20,000㎡ with automatic assembly lines, monthly output over 30,000 units to support large bulk orders.
What’s your mass production lead time?
Standard orders take 15–20 working days after receiving your 30% deposit. Rush orders can be finished within 10 days upon negotiation. For orders of 300 units, we can ship within 5 days.
What payment terms do you accept?
Which shipping methods are available?
Sea freight (main choice for bulk orders), air freight & express for small samples. We cooperate with stable forwarders to offer competitive shipping cost to all major ports worldwide.
Do you support exclusive regional distribution?
We offer exclusive agent policy for qualified distributors with stable annual purchasing volume. Contact our sales team to discuss regional protection terms.
Can you develop new customized models for me?
We have an in-house R&D team. We accept custom new mold development if your order quantity meets the mold opening threshold.

Do you provide a warranty for the water bikes?
Yes, we provide a 1-year full warranty for all components of our water bikes under normal proper usage.
If any parts break down due to factory manufacturing defects within the warranty period, we will send free replacement spare parts. Damage caused by improper operation, impact or scratch is not covered by warranty.
How do you pack the products for international shipping?
All water bikes are packed with extra hard export cartons, and our packaging has passed professional drop test to resist extrusion and collision during long sea transport.
Inside the carton, foam buffer is equipped to protect frames and inflatable SUP boards. Custom shipping marks can be printed on cartons as your requirement.
Can you customize the products with our logo and colors?
Yes, two main custom services we offer:
1.Logo customization: Custom colorful sticker logos can be pasted on all types of bike frames.
2.Color customization: We support custom color matching for inflatable SUP boards.
Custom sample is available for confirmation before mass production, relevant custom cost will be charged accordingly.
How long is the production lead time?
Sample production time: 7-10 working days after deposit and confirmed custom details.
Bulk order production cycle: 15-25 working days based on your order quantity, counting from the day we receive your deposit and confirm all customization information. Urgent orders can be prioritized upon negotiation.
